One-Day Workshop

Empowerment is taking responsibility for
running and controlling our own destiny
in harmony with the Universe.
Empowerment is not about controlling
others, taking their power or disabling them.
This workshop is suitable for all, ranging from the most powerful to those
who wish to improve their
self confidence, enhance their self esteem and
learn how to empower their own lives.
People in all walks of life regularly, without even being aware of it most
of the time,
hand their power over to others.
These could be family, employers, colleagues, friends, students, customers,
bankers and other professionals etc.
How
do we recognise it?
How do we address it and how do we take it back?
Our self confidence is lowered when we hand our power over and this is not
good for us in any area of our life.
Strengthen your own self confidence and abilities by addressing the matter
and gaining control of your own reality.
Do not limit yourself by others opinions or judgements. Be your own person,
in your own power and know that your inner happiness will strengthen as you
feel better about yourself.
The workshop programme is:-
(1) designed to look at these issues of giving away power to others, which
leads to lack of confidence
and lowers self esteem and
(2) addresses the issues and shows how to regain power, confidence and self
esteem.

4.30 pm
